‘Inspired’ Exhibition Now Open!

Just a brief note to let you know that, as of 10am this morning, the ‘Inspired‘ exhibition will be open from 10.00-16.30 daily, closing next Sunday 25th. You can find it at the Ashton Court Estate in Bristol. Follow the signs in to the Visitor Centre and it’s upstairs in the Hayloft Gallery.

For more information, click here.

All are welcome with free entry and parking. A catalogue featuring prices of all the pieces on display and also contact details for each maker is available to buy at the exhibition. The mansion and surrounding grounds are also worth a look, if you have the time and haven’t seen it all before.

At the moment, I don’t have any photos to share with you as there was still a lot to be organised and shuffled around when I unloaded my pieces. Though, I should have something for you later in the week – I’m due to be there Thursday and Friday.

Thanks for reading.

On Thursday, a brand new exhibition of furniture designer/makers opened at the Paintworks Event Space in Bristol. The opening evening proved to be a success and there’s still time to come and view a few of my items – drop-leaf table, arm chair, curved cabinet and tea tray – before it all draws to a close at 7pm on Tuesday evening.

Opening hours are 11.00-19.00 weekdays; 10.00-18.00 weekends.

Admission and parking are both FREE!

INSPIRED – 17th-25th July 2010

After this exhibition and within the same month, I’ll be exhibiting again at the Ashton Court Estate in another brand-new exhibition for art and furniture design; titled ‘Inspired‘. My arm chair will again be on display there, along with a complementary side table.

Hours are 10.00-16.30 daily; beginning Saturday17th and closing on Sunday 25th.

Again, both admission and car parking on the estate will be available at no cost.
